Last full park day

Up early, and made it to Magic Kingdom for rope drop. For those of you who haven't been to Disney, this is the park's daily opening ceremony. For those who have, you'll understand why I wanted to do it at least once!
We had a good mooch about while it was still relatively quiet, and enjoyed a drink from the newly reopened Main Street Bakery, which is now a heavily disguised Starbucks.
Headed up for the last corner of Fantasyland, including Storybook Circus that we'd missed last time, and I had a ride on Prince Charming's carousel. We also took a trip Under the Sea, with Ariel, and a trip round the park on the Walt Disney World Railroad.
As it was one of the hottest days so far, we headed back out the midday sun for a siesta, and headed back to Hollywood Studios once it had cooled a bit. This time, we headed for Star Tours, which is a Star Wars themed 3D simulator. Loved it! Much as we loved Despicable Me, I think the designers of the 3D could still pick up tips! Next stop, the Studio Backlot Tour. We missed that previously as it was closed due to the weather, and having been on the tour, I can see why! Was interesting to see some behind the scenes stuff, and how out of sync filmed scenes tie up.
Last stop was Walt Disney: One Man's Dream. This is a gallery of info and artifacts from Disney's history, followed by a short film around the same.  It was a nice way to finish off our last full park trip.
On the way home, we took a trip via I Drive, as we realised there was one eating experience we still had to do - Sonic Drive In! Drive into a stall, order via the mic, and a few minutes later, your food is delivered by a roller skating waiter! Fun for the novelty, and the food is at the upper end of the usual fast food fare.
So tomorrow, sadly, is packing, and a final shop round DTD for any last goodies!
Friday, check out the condo, check in for the flight at DTD, then catch some last Disney vibes before heading for the airport in the afternoon.
